I had recently decided to take up a new cellphone contract with MTN and as gateway is close to where i work it was convenient to use this store. I went on a Monday afternoon and when I spoke to the sales lady (Nukhanda, I think) she said that they did not have stock of the phone i wanted however on that Wednesday they would be getting so I should get my phone within 4 days. On friday i still had not heard from the sales person as to the status of my application so I decided to visit the store and see for myself. When i get there she says they are still awaiting approval and I should be sorted by the following Monday. On Monday she still did not contact me. On Tuesday I went there and she said that they do not have stock they will get on Wednesday but my contract has been approved. On Wednesday I went again to see them and still there was no stock, I must come on friday. On friday I went again and was told the same thing. Now into the third week I go there and the same lady tells me that I must now wait till they port forward my number so I might get my phone by tomorrow earliest. When i tried to explain that i was upset she just carried on reading something and was terrible
