On the 6th April 2013 I went to Cell C Parow centre to apply for my upgrade, only to be told they do not have stock, and that they would contact me the Tuesday 10/04 to fetch my phone. NO ONE called, So I called and still no stock. Phoned Friday 12/04, still no stock. I Phoned Wednesday 17/04 AGAIN, was told they've receive stock, Please note, nobody bothered to call me with an update! I had to phone them!
When I got to the store, the gentleman told me they've received stock but it was not for PAROW branch but for N1 City (Stock delivered to Wrong Store?) What Bull! I've asked to speak to the Store Manager, NO manager was in store! Today 22/04 nobody called yet, I've been a customer of CELL C for more than 5 years and NEVER have I experienced such BAD SERVICE from them, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE AND FRUSTRATING! So Robert phoned me after this post on Hello Peter, Guess what I still don't have my phone and nobody from Cell C AGAIN bothered with an update
