Nashua Mobile

Every time i contact Nashua Mobile in Durban North (4 store visits, many many phone calls, 3 emails) i get given a new date to collect my Samsung S4 upgrade. The last straw was yesterday (06-05-13) when i went into the store AGAIN and was told that if i was lucky i could have my phone by the close of business but certainly this morning at worst (07-05-13). I called this morning and apparently the phone is sill in JHB after being told yesterday that the phone was in a Durban warehouse and simply needed to be collected?!
Last week Tuesday (30-04-13, before the public holiday on May 1st) IN STORE i was told that on Thursday i could come in and walk out with my phone. Arrived on Thursday and was told to come back on Friday... This just goes on and on and I'm fed up now.
Also have left messages for them to call me back and no one has ever contacted me. I have also left messages on Twitter and no one has ever got hold of me. ALSO have had emails to the DBN North store simply ignored.

PLEASE help!
