When I went to upgrade my contract on Monday 1st April 2013 I wanted to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Siii Mini smartphone. The consultant said that they currently have no stock of the phone but that the store manager would order the phone on Tuesday as Monday was a public holiday. The consultant continued to promise that I would receive the phone no later than Friday. I waited and when Friday arrived I went into the store only to find out that no one could help me as they have not received stock of the phone. again a promise was made that I would receive the phone by the end of the weekend. I received a phone call on Sunday 7th April just to go into the store and have the consultant tell me that I would have to pay more than the agreed upon price per month as the phone came with an MP3 player. I refused and said that I would wait. Yesterday 16th April I again went into the store to hear what was going on and was promised that I would definitely receive my cellphone today 17th April. I have not received a phone call from the store. when i told the sales consultant I will complain about the poor service, her response was "go ahead it, s not my problem."
