Processing contract for 3 weeks and still no phone

On Thursday, 8 August 2013 I went to the MTN franchise store in High Street, Worcester. I was approved for credit of /- R2900.00 and I told the sales person, Heinrich Abrams that we needed THREE PHONES. We chose 2 Blackberry Z10 handsets and one Blackberry Q10. Unfortunately they only had the two Z10 handsets in store and the Q10 needed to be ordered. I requested a white handset. On Saturday I phoned the store to enquire whether the phone has arrived. They said that the order was placed at their regional office. The next Monday to Wednesday I phoned daily to find out there was any good news. They couldnt say when they would get in stock. On Thursday I went to the store said I dont care about the colour and that I needed the phone. He called the other store in the town who said they had black handsets and he said that I could apply there. This application was declined. l then phoned Heinrich and he said that this was strange. and he reapplied on Thursday the 15th. Today is Wednesday (21st) and it is still in processing. Store applications, orders for handsets by the store as well as recordings are evidence. All MTN stores should follow the same procedure and set of standards.
