Booked my phone for repairs on 22 September 2013 but up to now no feedback as to whether the phone was received. On 30 Sptember 2013 tried to locate the whereabouts of the phone by calling the repairs centre and I was informed that RAM driver was sent to collect the phone at the Cell C shop in uMlazi. Fast forward to 7 days from the last phone call I made I called again today and I was told the same story that RAM driver was sent yesterday (07/10/20130 to collect the phone but there are no records if the driver did indeed collect the phone. The whole experience is very frustrating and to add the salt into the wound is that no one seem to where my phone is at. I've never default in my payments for the past 3 years that I've been having Cell C contract but at this rate I'm not even sure if I will continue with them.
