Nearly 2 weeks and still no phone

Hello there everyone

Nearly 2 weeks ago i enquired about an upgrade for my cellphone, so the said that it was available whenever i had time. so i asked them if they had stock of the HTC Windows phone. they said that it was available. so i went to the store and it was the wrong one. now i am not a difficult person, and everyone makes mistakes, so they said they would get me the proper one, so a day or 2 later they called and told me that the new one was there. so i get there and yet again they got the wrong phone. So they said they called around and said the shipment for the new phones would arrive the next week Wednesday. so not being difficult i said ok and that i will wait. so Wednesday came and i went to the store to see if the phone was there and no surprise it wasn't. so they again blamed it on couriers. and it would be there friday. so on the friday i called them and they said it woul only be there on Tuesday (today). and tey would give me discount for the trouble. So today they dont even give me a courtesy call to say it wont be available, so i go to the store and yet again i am told that the phone is delayed by courier company, and the person who helped me...
