Cellphone contract no stock

I came into your store in PE to take out a new contract - It's a special on the front of your in store booklet. The Blackberry 9720 for R179 a month. The contract was approved and I was told that there was currently no stock but it would arrive on the following Tuesday and that I will be contacted. Tuesday came and went no call. I phoned the next morning (Wednesday) and was told that the stock will be arriving on Thursday and the same thing happened. I phoned the next morning (Friday) and again was told the stock would arrive the following Tuesday. This has now been going on for the 3rd week. The contract is for my wife who was on pay as you go Cell C and she wants to migrate to Vodacom so we didn't purchase airtime for her phone as we were expecting the new phone any day now thus she has now basically been off air for almost three weeks which is a big inconvenience. How can you advertise a deal on the front of your booklet that you don't have stock of. It's just not on and everyone has this it's not my problem attitude as it's something out of there hands. They could've picked up the phone earlier and at least try and find out what the delay is and why.
