On 9 August, I have upgraded my MTN account. I have upgraded to the Samsumg Tab 2. Today, 2 months later, still no funds taken from my account after several messages to Neo to find out what's happening. I also did not receive the Qhubeka cycling kit that was advertised when I upgraded. I have been patient for 2 months now, but cant wait any longer.

I updated my own details yesterday as it was still under our family name when all of us were under one name. Even with the details still being under my dads' name, there was postal address details on that I don't even know.

Please can someone get back to me on what's going on, on my account as well as advise me when and where I can pick up the cycling kit!
