Running around in circles with ucount

My wife has an account with Std Bank for the past 8 years. Her cellphone was about a year ago and we replaced it, together with the number. Went to Standard Bank Boksburg to have the system updated and everything worked fine, including otp's. Then along comes ucount. Tried to register online during July 2013, but otp went to the old number (...4420). Back to the Boksburg branch two more times, but no joy. Then the emails started with ucount.
31 July - ucount requested correct cell number, we responded same day.
1 August - ucount sent request for cell number to be updated.
7 August - email from ucount stating incorrect address details, we responded same day with correct address details.
14 August - ucount: your postal address has been updated and your card will be sent accordingly. Also requested ID number, which was included in the email we sent on 7 August. We responded same day with ID number, and we also queried R20 fee taken for something we cannot use.
22 August - ucount apologise for the inconvenience and advise that we contact MY Updates to have all our details updated. WHAT A JOKE!
A couple more emails and then this one: 14 October - Confirm your address. NO NO NO.
