Over promising on delivery

So I ordered a case and some screen protectors for my phone last week Wednesday (afternoon).
Expected delivery stated 2-3 days. I thought scweet deal and ordered.

It is Tuesday afternoon and I have still not received my package, DHL states that items remain in Customs for 24-48 hrs, how then can Orange state 2-3 days??
