I logged a complaint in August&having received a response from Cell C, I had awaited a call from Mbongeni which to date I have not received a call as promised... I then replied to Cell&have still not received any help. Where is my refund for 2 months? When was Mr Mbongeni going to call? And than after you debit my account for a totally different amount I receive a statement today of another amount that was due. Do you people even know what you are doing? If a refund and call was so difficult, you could have atleast sent an sms keeping me informed. If i missed a payment you guys would call me everyday driving me insane about payment yet you as Cell C cant deliver whats due. Is there anyway that I could return what i have purchased as it is a continuous problem. I receive no assistance and no joy from Cell C and would prefer taking this type of contract with someone who can deliver customer excellence. It is extremely frustrating as this is going on for months & my complain & dis-satisfaction goes unheard... Can this please be resolved or am I forced to seek assistance from the ombudmans? You people are really all confused and mis-lead people about your company and the service u offe
