On my cell c acc- months query not resolved

I upgraded my cell c account in sept or so in 2011. It was due to end in feb this year. According to the new ncr law, states should you contract end, cell c would have to contact u before this to advise to upgrade or terminate etc. In march when I went to the store to cancel this expired contract, the ldy advised my contract was upgraded in that same month. I have spent numerous calls to cell c advising them of my problem and they would listen and transfer me frm different depts each time. After they so called resolved this query they havr now said I have 6 more months remaining as I upgraded in June last year. They have deducting my account each month for a contract I wish to end. Its been 6 months an query has not been resolved. This is on my account and I demand a refund for all those months. The lady advised me that I will not be refunded as I used the airtime. I didn't ask for airtym, so cell c must acknowledge the fault is on they side and had no right to pro long this query to deduct me each month
