The details on my on-line provident fund profile is linked with a another persons identity.
I have 2 x ID numbers, I have multiple telephone numbers - and they are not all mine, My Postal and Residential address is completely incorrect. The worst of all is I have the other persons ID number, Address Full names and surnames and Postal and Residential address!!! I had access to view his Provident fund statements!!
Who else have access to my details?
I logged a complain on 15 January 2013 - "Your enquiry will be investigated and responded to in due course" no response after this mail.
I logged a second complaint on teir website on 27 February 2013 - "Kindly be advised that the below error is under investigation and we will advise you once it has been resolved." - no response after this mail.
I logged a third one this morning - I dont expect a reply - hence I am turning to hellopeter.
If Alexander Forbes cannot get my basic details correct - how on earth are they managing millions and millions worth of funds??
