Billing dispute dating back over 3 weeks, still not dealt with - numerous calls to Customer Service Centre and visits to the staff at Cresta Cell C Shop, numerous reference numbers obtained, promises and undertakings made by Cell C staff which amount to absolute nothing!! Overcharged by R500 for Aug/ Sept account. Dodgy reception in most areas in Johannesburg... will the network ever be upgraded??? Been a loyal customer of Cell C for 8 years and extremely frustrated with the increasing lack of service. They call you back on your cell number and if you can't reply they close the case arbitrarily - how absurd. There is no other way to contact Cell C except for the incompetent Customer Service Centre - big on promises... zero on delivery.
