Bad incompetent service

I have been struggling more than a week to port my number from Vodacom to Cell C (Biggest mistake ever). After a week, my number was ported. Then immediately I am not able to receive International calls. I have spoken to numerous people, promises are always made to me that people will follow up. Nothing is happening.
Every time I call the call centre, no one is able to help me. Every time I have to explain the same story over and over again. There is no lack of commitment from Cell C to sort out problems.
Also to complain on their facebook page is useless. I dont know who this "TK/DK" is, but all this person does is give empty promises. Its also rude not to leave a name. No one is getting back to me.
Cell C - just another corporate giant caring more about their bottomline than to sort out their customer's problems.
