I have been dealing with Cell C since 6 December 2012 regarding an account been opened in my name - which I never opened.
After numerous phone calls to Cell C's Customer service department I still have no joy.
Today I tried to speak to a team leader or a manager. No staff in their Customer Service Call centre, or in their head office including the main receptionist knows who is the Call Centre Manager, or what is his telephone number or his email address. Well I don't even work for Cell C but I know his name is Merlin Samsong... according to some of the CS staff.
I have been told by the Switch board lady and CO offices (Customer Service) Cell C has designed their process in such away that they are not allowed to give out Top managements details and I need to speak to a customer Service officer.
Well done Cell C, EXCELLENT "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!
