I had recently taken up a new contract deal with vodacom. I was informed that I would receive 75 free minutes and 250 megs data with the option of buying more data from a store or from my top up contract account and loading it to the new contract account. It is a samsung galaxy s3 and uses quite a bit of data so the method of purchase would have worked for me had I not been misled by the sales agent. Today I bought airtime worth R200 with the intention of loading data onto he new contract only to be informed that I would have to call in everyrime and they will bill me once a month for it. Had I been informed of this I would not have taken the contract because who is to say i would have money at that time in my account for it. I may have money cash now to buy it but who is to aay I would then. I had purchased R200 worth of airtime on my top up contract to perform the purchase for my other contract only to find out I cant. Wasting my money for something a sales agent said. I would like to know the way forward as I am very disappointed and unhappy about the new contract and my waste of money.
