I have a almost 6year contract with cell c, which means I'm a loyal customer, my problem have started 4-6months ago, on numerous occasions have I called into the call centre, promises have been made, reference numbers has been given, at this point in time, I have simply given up on this network, no one at cell c has come with a solution to my problem, I'm payin a R290 contract without having any benefits, I donot want to speak to a consultant, all I want is for someone to give me feedback an a solution
