It is truly sad to say that Cell C has ignored me yet again. do you think it is due to my reports and complains on HelloPeter? well, it would never had happened if Cell C responded timeously to their customers queries/complaints on time.
My bills for an individual varies between R 1189.41, R 1157.28, R 2346.69 thereabouts monthly; and I am a loyal customer of 10 years with Cell C yet I am being ignored and responses to queries dating back November 2012 is still not answered.
Sadly, I believe I am being "victimised" by Cell C
I have now switched my mobile off and have resorted to using another network provider as my reception on Cell C is horrenduous!! it has been like that for the past 2 weeks or so! i cannot use my data services!!! its pathetic as i am paying a separate amount for data usage as well.
I get a call from a gentleman stating he is calling from Cell C on an 087 number; i try to call back but that number does not ring.
such strange happenings and so not acceptable for an long-standing customer as me or anybody else :-(
