My phone has been in and out of repairs, for the very same problems. I sent my phone in for repairs on 12/08/2013 and got a replacement phone immediatley. My new phone has since gone to repairs again for the very same problem. I'm highly IRATE because NO ONE has given me a call to update me regarding my phone, yet when I applied for the contract, people payed attention, but now because I'm locked into a contract, I am treated like dirt. I was given a number 0838698106 to call, but this number rings and rings. I still dont have a phone!!! Please can Mtn show me that they care. I honestly wish I didnt upgrade to Mtn again, because my vodacom contract always runs smoothly!
