Cell C advertises that they have ''90% coverage, switch to Cell C''
Both my cell phone and tablet are useless in certain areas of JHB (including my house). I Have reported the issue, and they have sent out technicians to the areas. They agreed that the reception is bad, but insisted that I should install a booster in my house to boost the reception of the network at my own cost??? This is not my problem. The customer service is extremely bad. I have demoted 3 people not to switch to Cell C, even though the call rates are cheap, the network's reception are very poor.
