I never in counted such bad service and bad communications in my life before
i order a phone on line for my upgrade
they deliver the phone and a couple of days later when we open the box the phone does not work correctly
i call them up and after 2 attempts they say to me that they will collect the old phone and send a new phone and tell me that it will take 24 to 48 hours
2 days later i try phone them three times and all three times when after speaking to them i get put on hold and after holding on for long i get cut off. at the end of the day i try customer care and they managed to put me through and i finally manage to get information. they said it will take 3 to 7 working days to deliver the new phone. i cannot believe that for there useless phone that didn't work i have to now wait up to 7 days for the phone if i knew that i would have cancelled the contract. never again will i upgrade my contract thanks vodacom
