Incorrect phone delivered

I am having problems with my current phone and as I am due to upgrade I call the call centre. I chose the contract I want to upgrade to and the phone I wanted. This morning the new phone was delivered, but luckily I noticed that it was the wrong phone before opening the box. I called the call centre again and was advised that the phone will be picked up within 3 to 5 working days. I then asked when the right phone will be delivered and was told that unfortunately the person that did the upgrade captured the wrong phone on the system and I have to wait 7 to 10 working days after the phone has been collected and then call them again. Say what???
You capture incorrectly, then obviously deliver the wrong phone and I have to wait about 15 working days before I can call again for the right phone. Then how long will it take before that phone is delivered??? So more than a month that I have to wait??? Sorry, going to cancel my contract and go to another service provider. Sick of the Cell C nonsense!!
