Last month Telkoms debit order went from my account 2 days early. I did not mind at all. Then they put the money back in my account and apologized via sms, explaining that it was a mistake and that next month they will debit my account twice. Still I did not mind. I understand that mistakes happen.
Then they started sending me smses saying that I am in arrears and they will cut me off, and also that IT WILL REFLECT BADLY ON MY CREDIT RECORD. I phoned them, spoke to a nice lady and she assured me that they will do none of this.
I have been working on getting a good credit record for 3 years so that I can pay for myself to go to University. I have finally been accepted for next year. Telkom keeps sending me threatening smses saying that they will cut me of and it will reflect badly on my credit record. If I can not go to university next year because of a stupid admin mistake of theirs, then I WILL take them to court! This is my education and my LIFE they are messing with! I have already spoken to legal representation. This Is BS! Fix This Now!
