Does anything work??

What a run around. Firstly I ordered my upgrade over the phone, I have done this before and it worked well.
BUT this time the wheels fell off. The day my phone was delivered to my work by RAM (who are also pretty useless) they claim the called me 3 times, but they did not call my cell phone, only my landline. I then called RAM to find out where my phone was, and they said they don't deliver for Vodacom. After a couple of days I called back, only to find out that RAM claimed they had tried to deliver the phone twice, if they did they never called me the second time. I then arranged for the phone to be delivered on Monday 27th Jan. So I waited on tender hooks knowing these RAM guys don't stick around or call your cell phone. Tues 28th came and still no phone, so I called. On this call I got redirected 3 times, spent 20 minutes on the phone varifying my detials 3 times, only to find out the phone was never sent on 27th Jan, and the same storey from RAM they tried to deliver by I never answered my phone. I have now cancelled the Upgrade. The other thing is all the info on the web is wrong, the customer care line provided either cut you off or say the no. does not exist.
