Vodacom never gives good service

I could have upgraded on the 15October 2013, I did the Upgrade online (vodacom's website) the website said the upgrade wil take 48h and it was on the 7 November, I didn't receive my phone in 48h not even in 4-5 days, they delivered it a few days later when I wasn't at work. So the took the phone to head office, that's what they said when I called to follow up. I called and asked them to cancel the upgrade then I can go to a Vodashop. The ladie said she will do it! I went to a Vodashop and they can't help me because its not cancelled I need to call them and cancel it first, so I called again because at the Vodashop they are not prepared to call and deliver good customer Service. The 2nd phone call the guy that assisted me said I should send a mail to [Email Removed] to cancell it or ask them to resend the phone. So I did but its already the 28Nov and still NO joy! I can't cancel it and I can't upgrade. What's the next step can I cancel my contract and go the MTN that's prepared to help me and give good Customer ServiCe
