In August I did an online upgrade for a iPhone 5 which was delivered the next day. I called in to do the sim swap when I found out it was taken out as new contract and not a upgrade as originally requested. I was not happy. I cancelled immediately. I was told that I could not return the phone to a branch since I had done it online. I phoned on 6 September ref EGZH102WITEN I spoke to MPHO she said the phone was cancelled and that it will be collected the next day. On 2 October phoned again spoke to Zama ref nr EGZH102WITEN she said the phone will be collected with in 15 working days. On the 4th of November I phoned again spoke to Nonhlanhla I gave the reference number EGZH102WITEN.She then gave me a new reference nr S3-T651D-DOMLV and she said Vodacom would Collect the phone within 5 to 7 working days. She said if they don't contact me by Friday the 8th I should phone again. I've been sent from pillar to post I just want Vodacom to collect the phone and cancel the contract since its been nearly 3 months that I am in possession of the phone .The contract was cancelled within the first 2 days of receiving and however my debit orders have been running since inception. I want a refund!
