Cell C - Lack of Service

I completed a contract for a Samsung Galaxy S4 via Cell C direct - Friday, 14 June 2013.
I was told that the delivery period is 5 - 7 days.
I mailed the sales consultant on Thursday, 20 June 2013 just as afollow up on my order. I am yet to receive a response.
I then contacted 084145 - Option 2 and queried when I could expect to receive my handset.
I was told by the call centre consultant that I had only been approved the day before (Thursday 20 June 2013) and that I "should" receive the handset "sometime next week".
Cell C, this is not good enough.
I was not told that the contract still had to approved by the sales consultant I had completed the contract with, Friday 14 June 2013.
I would like feedback on this immediately, and I want my phone delivered by no later than tomorrow, Tuesday, 25 June 2013.
