I placed an online order 7/7/2013 (as their delivery details stated next working day delivery if items are in stock) well the item I ordered was in fact in stock.. paid for the goods and checked out... money went off my bank statement, got a receipt mailed to confirm order, so now was waiting for delivery. on the 10/7/2013 I still did not received my goods so I called the call center, they first told me they can not find my order.. giving them the receipt and order number that HP SHOP sent me... so now they have to call me back, a few hours passed, late afternoon they called back just to tell me the item is out off stock!!! but they will receive the item by Thursday so I can expect delivery by Friday 12/7/2013... yesterday 17/7/2013 I called again as I did not receive anything yet.. so I hang on for another 20min.. as they can not yet again tell me where my goods is!! So they are taking your money and no one can tell you where the order is and CALL CENTER is NO HELP at all!!! so just be careful to place orders with them... you DO NOT RECEIVE THE GOODS AND NEITHER ANY GOOD FEEDBACK!! this is the very last time I will by from them!!
