Poor slow service

I applied for a Samsung S3 on the 26 of April 2013.Next day I phone them to confirm application. application was received and I was promised an answer no later than coming Thursday and also mentioned to me that delivery time takes 7-10 working days. Thursday I phoned and still no answer again mentioning 7-10 working days but I will defiantly receive a answer on Tuesday. Tuesday came and still no answer. Now all of a sudden delivery takes 10-15 working days. Wednesday, still no answer, filled a complain @ complains dap. Thursday no feedback from complains dep still no answer from application. Filled another complain. Thursday afternoon they phoned me my application is approved but it still takes another 10-15 working days for delivery. This is poor slow service from fnb. Taking in consideration all the adds on tv and radio of how great they are. I very much doubt it. If I don't get satisfactory results within 24 hours Im cancelling the phone application, Closing all my accounts and rather go do business with ABSA
