I have placed an order on the 25th and as per the listing of this one item, it was for delivery on THREE (3) working days. I have printed my order and there again it stated 3 working days! I have also contacted the call centre as I had a problem with a delivery charge which has been confirmed it's due to the weight of this parcel. I then made sure with the agent that this will be delivered within 3 working days (as I need this for the weekend!) and that "Easter" will not be some kind of excuse for the delivery to be late. She then confirmed that if the order states 3 working days, I must have it within 3 working days! Then I wanted to check up on the status of my order on the 26th, I saw this item's delivery date has been changed in the meantime to 13 working days. Immediately I phoned to enquire about this. Well as per "final" feedback today, this item will now only be at the supplier by Thursday (making it the 4th working day) and I will then only get my order after the long weekend, anytime from the 2nd of April. This is totally unexceptable as it was confirmed that the delivery will be within THREE working days and now just excuses on excuses! This is FALSE ADVERVERTISING!!!
