Line Inactive and Locked

On the 30th Sept I reached my call limit and my cell was soft locked. Knowing that at 12am on the 1st October it will be re activated. Its now the 3rd October after 12 calls logged and with no satisfaction and no answerer's. I logged a call on the 1st October to see why my line was not opened. I was told it is a general problem put it is in pending state and it will be sorted soon. That afternoon I called again and I was told that I reached my call limit. I argued it and said I did not even use my line sins the 30th? /? They said they can see it and they will investigate it. I called on the 2nd October a few times and I was told it will be switched on on the 3rd as its an invoicing problem... Today I called and again they said no it will be on at 9:00am they can see it as it shows on the system. At 9:30am I called and again they said no you reached your call limit!!! Come on do these call centre agents know what they on about??? Can some senior Manager or Higher please assist and sort my line out so I can make and receive business calls. This Vodacom error is costing me money and loosing customers!
