WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!
I placed an order with Wantitall on 24 November 2013. Although I ordered one item, the order went through their system as two items and my credit card was debited twice. I complained about this and the duplicate charge was reversed.
I was promised delivery within 7 to 15 working days.
One month later, the item ordered has not been delivered. They cannot provide a tracking number or confirm if or when the delivery will be made.
They cannot tell me if the supplier, apparently in the USA, has the item in stock.
I phoned Thembi Majake, the Customer Liason Officer, and asked her if I will ever receive the product that I ordered. Her response was "I don't know...".
I have cancelled the order. Hopefully I will get a refund.
