We went online and applied for a contract with Cell C on Saturday 23th of November 2013, on Monday we had to call to find out if the contract was approved and they confirmed that it was and the phone will be delivered on Friday (2013/11/29). called today (Thursday 2013/11/28) to check on the status as i don't hear anything, only for the consultant to say that i will receive the phone latest next week Tuesday, now going from Friday to Tuesday, why do you wait so long for the phone? also took out a contract with Vodacom on the same day and the phone was delivered on 2013/11/26 it look vodacom 2 days but takes Cell C 8 days if it will be delivered on Tuesday which i doubt. how can a service provider treat there customers like this??
