You have breached the agreement in that it has been over 7 days (as I was originally informed 3-5 working days for delivery), and I am still waiting for my order.
I have been promised feedback everytime I call you to enquire what is going on. NO ONE PHONES ME BACK!!! Please go back to the telephonic recording of the contract and advise what was stipulated. As per the recording, stock was available, 3-5 working days delivery, and I will definately receive my order by Friday 04/10/2013... It is now Monday 07/10/2013 AND I AM STILL WAITING! If you cannot get this item to me by latest tomorrow morning 9am, contact your East London store and inform them that I will be collecting this item directly from them, and you can replace it directly with the store!!! I am utterly disgusted at how many times I have been to!!!
