We are a business. Every month our lines go down. We have 2 DSL lines so we have a backup. The backup goes down too. Don't even bother trying to get a credit for the downtime, its not worth the hassle. I believe it is time to just cancel all our DSL and line services, and put a Wireless link directly to the ISP. You just cannot run a business trying to rely on Telkom ADSL.
