Our lines were affected by the heavy rains over a week ago. Since that time, we've had no Telkom lines, nor ADSL access. We run a business from our residence, and this lack of delivery by Telkom is incredibly frustrating. Calls to the ADSL fault and fixed line fault call centres have thus far yielded absolutely no response. How long does it take to get a fault fixed? How long should we be reasonably expected to wait?
We need a further 2 lines for our business, and to be honest, I'm wondering if Telkom is the right option . . . .
