We are a small business in the Kameeldrift area that relies on internet services, as well as land lines for our offices. We have been without Telkom service lines for the past three years as they tend to get. After numerous calls to Telkom's call centre, we have been informed that the lines would not be replaced. Telkom also offers a wide array of wireless services, but we cant seem to get an agent to our premises to actually physically test the signal, as the call centre only advises that Telkom does not currently service our area with their wireless services. We are situated 14 km from the Kollenade Centre, so I can't seem to comprehend why they do not service our area. There are numerous new developments in the Roodeplaat area that is currently under Telkom's "service area", but not the Kameeldrift area. I would really really really like for an agent to actually contact me and give me either a solution or an alternative to get connected to the Internet with Telkom ADSL lines (not 8ta, Vodacom, MTN, etc), as well as the installation of land lines (or wireless lines, not cellphones).
