I applied for an upgrade on 01/09/13, and received my new handset (Samsung S4) a couple of days later, 20 days after that I received a call from their accounts department advising of a huge data bill (my package includes 2GB of data per month of which only 400 mb was used at the time of call). I called in and was advised my upgrade wasnt loaded to my account and I am only entitled to 1 gb and not 2gb data per month.
Since I've tried to call everyday to resolve the issue, and have been pushed from pillar to post by an incompetent call centre, and upgrades team. No one is willing to take initiative with a higher than normal level query. Even the team leader at upgrades has limited ability to resolve customer issues.
Today the delivery company brought me another Samsung S4 from Cell C, another upgrade loaded to my account without my authorisation, am currently on hold for 45 minutes. Will be a miracle if anything get sorted, they should actually be paying for this call.
