Telkom BAD AND ANNOYING service

I followed all the necessary steps ask/ requested by Telkom to have my lines cancelled.

Sent through my cancellation letters on the 7 August 2013 to find that none of the 5 lines has been cancelled. Called the call centres and all they do is transfer you from 1 department to the next, and you get no where.

I am not going to follow the cancellation steps AGAIN. I want Telkom to go back and follow the paper trail.
