It has been 3 months since we have being contacting Telkom regarding installation of 2 ADSL lines and 3 Landlines to our Business and have been sent from pillar to post. About a month ago there finally arrived but only to install 1 ADSL line and 1 Land-line. When we followed up on this we were told that there are no existing lines in the building and that we have to wait till next year for them to fit it into their budget so that their exchange department can install lines. How is it possible they say there's no lines in the building when they installed two. Looking at going to Neotel were we will get our lines immediately and better service.
