2nd time this month. 2 Telkom ADSL lines go down

For the 2nd time this month, Business ADSL lines have gone down. We have 2 lines. It is very frustrating that Telkom cannot deliver a stable ADSL service to business. And when do we get refunded for the down-time that costs us money, lost business and 3G data to run a business until the lines get sorted out?
