I signed up for a contract in September 2011 on blackberry package from mtnsp. I recently discovered that I was over billed for the past 2 years. The statement includes 75 MB of data that am charged for and I never asked for that because I had Blackberry Internet Service. It wouldn't make sense to add data on top of BIS. I did speak to someone about the issue when it was time to upgrade and I explained to him that I wont upgrade because I was over charged for 2 years and no one explained to me why I have 75 MB data included on top of BIS, i rather go back to prepaid or change service provider. I have never seen that data reflecting on my balances from the inception of the contract.
