Delayed upgrade on Cell C's part

I have upgraded my account in July 2013 with Cell C. I have upgraded every 2 years in July since I started with cell C in July 2005. In July this year I upgraded from a Blackberry 100 to a Straight up 200 package which includes a 1 Gig data.

I was shocked to see that my bills for Aug, Sept and Oct was double of what it usually is. From about R550 to R1100 and R1050. When I queried this with Cell C they said I was an early upgrade and my package was only upgradable in Oct 2013. I was therefore kept on my old Blackberry 100 package and therefore charged for data which should have been included in the upgraded package. This was not what I signed for in July! Surely if you upgrade your contract, it should be upgraded.

After numerous attempts to rectify this matter with cell c, Tygervalley and the customer service helpline, I have not had any luck, only a reference number that my query will be attended to shortly. Nr 3101900603

I have been supporting Cell C since July 2005, but my support is dwindling, because of their poor customer care response.
