Good morning,
I upgrade my contract in September at Autopage San Ridge Square, Johannesburg.
I upgrade from a Blackberry Allday 100 to the Samsung S4 contract where i get 1gig data a month for R380 p/m.
In store i was told that the contract will kick in on the 1st of October and that i will then get my 1gig data month.
I received my latest bill this weekend and i was charged for all my data. How does this work? on the bill it still states that i am on the Blackberry contract, so that has not changed. and even if i am on the Blackberry contract, Autopage gives me 2gig data a month to use as i like, so why i am then charged for data? even in august, when Autopage changed to the 2gig policy, they charged me for some data.

i have logged a few emails on the website and only got one reply but could not reply to the email.

please look into this matter as i am not going to pay for data that i am suppose to have. my phone is limited so that i cannot use more than the allowed amount of data, and i am being charged for every bit of data even though i should have free data.
