Upgraded from a BB torch to samsung s4. On the BB i had over 500mb data available. I was given a new microsim to use the s4. my contract stated that i would recieve 1gb data per month. i do not recall any mentioning of prorata data by the sale rep and i was told that current unused airtime air data will only be lost at the end of the month.
after switching sim cards, i had available data and minutes which was always in the ve when i viewed it.
Now i receive a statement from Nashua Mobile charging me for all the data usage.
when i queried the statement I was told that the sales rep "should have" explained that i will lose all current balances when i upgrade. Conveniently there is no recording for my upgrade conversation.
