AMENDING DOCUMENTS AFTER CLIENT SIGNS???

I Contacted CellC on 23/09/2013 and upgraded my contract which I was advised I qualify for!!!On 1/10/2013, AFTER contacting the call centre enquiring on the discrepancy of what was received and what I signed up for signing the contract, I was advised that contract was an EARLY UPGRADE AND BENEFITS ONLY START IN DECEMBER 2013. I then contacted the call centre, spoke to Busi and then Gabriel at CANCELLATIONS and was then referred to store. Store manager advised consultant Terence is on leave. Kimera advised that store has proof A PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT THAT I SIGNED STATING that terms and conditions were explained as it had my signature on the form and tick boxes were ticked. THE ORIGINAL document I received DOES NOT HAVE ANY TICKS OR CROSSES???.. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE EXPLAIN??? I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!! TERENCE DIDN'T DO HIS JOB PROPERLY AND HAS NOW AMENDED DOCUMENTS AFTER I SIGNED!!! I HAVE RECEIVED A DON'T CARE A ATTITUDE... As a customer of cellC for years, I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE!!! VITAL INFORMATION WAS WITHHELD, NO EXPLANATION??? AFTER MANY YEARS CELL C, YOU HAVE FAILED ME!!! PLEASE RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY.
