Once again I had to complaint via email and now Hellopeter. Vodacom deleted my account from their system on the 6th of September 2012. They deleted some of the transactions but I must still pay R517.00 on account 13287848/7 for mobile 3G 0824538871. They must go listen to the voice recording from the moment I contacted them. I want my account zero and a confirmation. I am loosing thousands of business and money due to Vodacom negligence to handeled my account correct. I need response back a.s.a.p because I am in the process with my Advocate for a court summons. Stanley Abels (snr eService consultant) send me a mail stating that Vodacom is not going to zero my account. I will notify all my friends and Vodacom users to take note of my situation and they must think twice before upgrading with Vodacom. Cell C is a much better servive provider than Vodacom - I want all Southafricans to know that. Vodacom stinks.
