Vodacom not keeping to recorded arrangement

On the 27/02/2013 I contact the accounts department and explained that my my wife had been very ill and in hospital for nearly 2 months. This resulted in me not being able to work and earn income. I spoke with Angelique in the accounts department and said I would be able to pay the account as I had just started working again but my concern would be that my number would be deleted. She said that it would happened but to avoid this situation she would place my account on a soft lock and stop it from being deleted. I could then pay the account in when my money comes through and have the line unlocked. I asked her twice if my number would be deleted and she assured me that it would not be deleted and I could pay it when I got paid in March. On Monday 12/03/2013 I cam to pay the account only to find out that my numbers have been deleted and instead of paying the R3500.00 I said I would pay I now need to pay R13000.00. I have had a big arguement with the manager from the accounts department who is rude and is not interested in solving my complaint. This has resulted in me loosing work and clients and my wife losing work and clients. I hold Vodacom responsible for this.
